What do we offer investors?
We have two partnership programs:
- You invest your money and we fully manage it: buying, preparing and renting out motorcycles. You get passive income.
- You give us your motorcycles to manage so that they start generating a stable monthly income.
How does your contribution work?
After you have transferred funds to us, we follow the following steps:
- We purchase motorcycles, helmets, racks, phone holders and other accessories.
- We check the technical condition and, if necessary, repair the bikes.
- We customize each bike, giving it a unique look.
- We rent out bikes through social media advertising and other channels.
- The whole process of preparing the bike from the transfer of funds to the full readiness of the bike for rent takes about 1 month. From the moment the bike is rented out, you start receiving income. The whole process is transparent and you will know how things are progressing at every stage.
Your capital is protected in several ways:
1.
Ownership Transfer (Greenbook)- What it means: After purchasing the motorcycle, you become its legal owner, confirmed by official documents. This document (Greenbook) serves as your legal proof of ownership and protects your capital from any risks related to potential disputes.
- Additional protection: Even if something happens to the management company, the motorcycle remains your property. This eliminates the risk of asset loss.
2.
Ability to Sell the Motorcycle at Any Time- Full liquidity: Your bike remains an asset that you can sell if you choose to exit the investment. You have two options:
- Sell it yourself: You can find a buyer on your own and sell the motorcycle on the open market to get the best possible price.
- Sell through our company: We offer a buyer search service for a 15% commission. This saves you time and effort related to the sale.
3.
The Management Company as a Partner- Company's motivation: We are incentivized to maintain the bikes in excellent condition, as they are the foundation of our business. This increases their market value and improves your chances of a successful sale.
- Consistent customer flow: Your bike generates income through our well-established rental system. We are motivated to maximize your asset's earnings, as it directly benefits our company as well.
4.
Transparency and Trust- Reporting: We provide regular reports on the condition of the bikes, income, and expenses so you can stay in control of your investment.
Summary: Your investment is protected by three key factors:
- Legal proof of ownership.
- Guaranteed liquidity through the market.
- The management company’s vested interest in preserving and growing the asset’s value.
Every month, from the 4th to the 10th, we calculate the company's total revenue for the previous month. From this revenue, we deduct all company expenses (costs for ongoing bike repairs, delivery of bikes to and from customers, staff salaries, taxes, ongoing company expenses, etc.).
After deducting all expenses, we get the net profit. We divide this profit among all our investors according to their percentage share in the company. We also deduct our percentage (40 percent) from the investors' share.
Example:
Investor A invested 380 million rupees.
Investor B invested 160 million rupees.
Investor C invested 100 million rupees.
Let's take the company's activities for January as an example. The company generated a net profit of 24 million rupees in January.
From February 4 to February 10, we calculate the investors' shares and pay them dividends in the manner agreed upon with them in advance (usually by transfer to an Indonesian bank card, but crypto transfer via usdt trc20 is also possible).
The amounts are calculated as follows:
The total capital of our company in this case is 380+160+100=640 million rupiah.
Investor A's share in the total capital is 59.4%.
Investor B's share in the total capital is 25%.
Investor C's share in the total capital is 15.6%.
We divide the profit for January (24 million) according to the shares.
Investor A accounts for 24 million x 59.4% = 14.26 million rupees of profit.
Investor B accounts for 24 million x 25% = 6 million rupees of profit.
Investor C accounts for 24 million x 15.6% = 3.74 million rupees in profit.
Next, we subtract our commission (40 percent) from each investor and get the amount that will be transferred to the investor's account.
Investor A will receive: 14.26 million rupees - 40 percent = 8.556 million rupees
Investor B will receive: 6 million rupees - 40 percent = 3.6 million rupees
Investor C will receive: 3.74 million rupees - 40 percent = 2.244 million rupees
Our principle is maximum honesty and transparency. All calculations are recorded in a Google spreadsheet, which you will have access to.
How does bike depreciation work?
As part of our strategy to develop and ensure stable profitability of the motorcycle rental business, we are implementing a transparent and effective vehicle depreciation mechanism.
- Sale of old or unpopular motorcycles
- We sell worn-out motorcycles or those that are not in demand.
- The proceeds are used to purchase new vehicles.
- Covering the difference in price
- The difference between the sale price of the old motorcycle and the purchase price of the new one is covered by the entire investor pool in proportion to their contributions.
- Accounting for force majeure events (theft, loss)
- If a motorcycle is stolen and the customer has difficulty compensating for the loss, the losses are also distributed among investors in proportion to their contributions.
Transparency and benefits for you- Financial reporting
- You will be able to see reports on each sale, purchase, and related expenses.
- This will allow you to see how your funds are being used.
- Stability and income growth
- Updating the fleet ensures business competitiveness and rental rate growth.
- Collective asset protection
- Shared cost coverage minimizes risks for each individual investor.
How to check a company's activities?
How to check the company's activities? Each investor gets access to a Google spreadsheet. The spreadsheet contains:
- Information about each bike rental: term, income.
- All operating expenses of the company.
- Monthly profit calculations.
You can check the data at any time.
